Begin with a known and bounded set of AI systems. The certification scope identifies the organization, applicable tools or deployments, intended use cases, business context, affected parties, jurisdictions, and relevant industry considerations before analysis begins.
Review jurisdiction, industry, use case, data flows, impacted individuals, deployment model, and the organization's role in the AI ecosystem. These factors determine which regulations, guidance, and recognized frameworks may apply to the defined scope. Analysis is produced through the LegisGate™ engine.
Applicable obligations are identified at the requirement level and cited to authoritative source material. Each citation is tied to the relevant regulation, statute, rule, guidance, framework, or official supervisory source so that the mapping can be inspected and traced.
Citations are reviewed for source fidelity, relevance to the stated scope, and traceability. LegisCert™ certification requires a record that can be verified to source rather than an untraceable or AI-authored assertion.
